note proposal document ‘An Accessible
Future for Volk’s Electric Railway’;
2.
To
note
the potential positive implications for
inclusivity, tourism the tourist economy

expanding, updating and improving accessibility to
Volk’s Electric Railway;
3.
To
call
for an Officer Report in how the note’s recommendations
may be implemented exploring how these proposals could be
considered alongside existing planned works at Black Rock and
Madeira Terraces, and be complementary to them;
and
4. Notes that due to the Covid-19 pandemic councils across the country are in a difficult financial position and that this council’s financial opportunities are just as limited.
