Priority schools for School Streets closures 

Closures have been implemented at the following schools as part of the emergency School Streets programme. Subject to committee decisions on Recommendations 1 and 2 detailed in this report, current School Streets closures will continue to operate at:

Based on the assessment of schools using the criteria in Appendix 2, the following schools will be prioritised for School Street closures in Year 1 of the School Streets programme (academic year 21/22):

Based on the assessment of schools using the criteria in Appendix 2, the following schools will be prioritised for School Street closures in the Year 2 of the School Streets programme (academic year 22/23):

NB. Should any of the above schools not support or commit to a School Streets closure when approached, the next school in the long list will be approached. Officers will proceed to work through the list systematically in order or priority based on criteria assessment and scoring.
