Dear Jess,

The signatories listed below would like to make a Call-in request regarding the above cabinet decision, so that it may be considered in more detail by the appropriate overview and scrutiny committee.

The grounds for the request are the following – firstly that we feel there may have been an absence of sufficient evidence on which to base a decision (13.1.2, Overview and Scrutiny Procedure Rules) in the case of at least some of the specific disposals listed in the Part 2 papers, and secondly that there are questions around whether there has been sufficient consultation with stakeholders prior to the decision (13.1.1, Overview and Scrutiny Procedure Rules) as regards concerns around some aspects of the strategy itself.
