Purpose:
This report seeks approval for the 2014/15
capital programme and provides a provisional capital programme for
the following two years, 2015/16 & 2016/17, for the Housing
Revenue Account (HRA).
The report takes into consideration the latest resources available
and commissioning investment priorities.
Decision:
That the HRA Capital Programme budget of £28.876 million andfinancing for 2014/15 as set out in paragraph 4.1 of the report be approved.
