Approval of the 2013/14 Statement of Accounts
following the conclusion of the audit carried out by the council's
external auditors. Approval needed by 30/09/14
Decision:
33.1 RESOLVED:
(1) The Committee noted the findings of EY in their Audit Results Report;
(2) The Committee noted the adjusted misstatements to the 2013/14 accounts (paragraph 6.3 and Appendix 4);
(3) The Committee noted the results of the public inspection of the accounts;
(4) The Committee approved the Letter of Representation on behalf of the council;
(5) The Committee approved the audited accounts for 2013/14;
(6) The Committee approved the revised Annual Governance Statement.
