Purpose:
This report seeks endorsement of the officer
comments sent, prior to the 7 November 2014 deadline, in response
to the DCLG “Housing Standards Review –technical
consultation”. The consultation sought views on the proposals
for implementation of the housing standards review and in
particular the technical standards which were announced in March
2014.
Decision:
RESOLVED - That the Committee approves and endorses the officer response to the Government’s Housing Standards Review Consultation 2014 set out in Appendix 1 to the report.
