Purpose:

This Policy is required following the court of appeal decision in Nzolameso v Westminster City Council [2015] UKSC 22), The Policy is require to explain if a the coucil is allocating temporary accommodation out side of it area how this will be done.

Decision:

1)               That the Allocation of Temporary Accommodation Policy set out in Appendix 3 of the report be adopted.
