Purpose:
An Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 20
October 2014 introduced the report of a scrutiny panel which had
been established to look at iisues relating to party houses/ short
term lets which target large groups such as stag and hen parties.
This report is a formal response to those recommendations
Decision:
1) That the Committee endorses the officer response on Short Term Holiday Lets as set out at Appendix One.
