Purpose:
Report seeking permission to submit to the
Heritage Lottery Fund Parks for People Programme a round 2 bid in
August 2016. This follows a successful round 1 application in 2015
which funded development of a detailed plan for the core area of
the site including entrances, walled garden, pond main and
supporting evidence and consultation.
Decision:
1) Notes the progress made on the HLF bid outlined in this report and recommends that Policy, Resources & Growth Committee approve the submission of the HLF application for the Stanmer Project due to be made in August 2016.
