Purpose:

This report outlines comments to a traffic order which was advertised proposing a number of parking restriction changes to the event day parking schemes in Moulsecoomb and Coldean

Decision:

1) That the Committee (having taken into account of all the duly made representations and objections) agree the following:

a) Approve the Various Controlled Parking Zones Consolidation Order 2015 Amendment Order No.* 201* with the following amendments:

b) That the proposed double yellow lines in Ashurst Road be amended on this Traffic Regulation Order due to the concerns outlined in para 3.3
