Report on New England House City Deal project,
providing update on progress, a project programme for future work
streams and requesting permission for undertaking next steps
including commencing detailed design work and developing a business
case, stakeholder engagement strategy and working towards
submission of a planning application.
Decision:
RESOLVED: That the Committee delegated authority to the Executive Director Economy, Environment & Culture to commence procurements required to facilitate progressing this project towards a detailed design and business case that will be brought to a future Policy & Resources Committee.
