Purpose:
I. This report provides an update on the
implementation of the Youth Employment Hub, following a successful
application to the Department for Work and Pensions, Flexible
Support Fund. Approval to submit a bid was agreed at Policy and
Resources Committee on 3 December 2020.
II. The report provides an update on the council’s Adult and
Community Learning provision, funded by the Adult Education Budget,
following the decision at Policy and Resources Committee on 30th
April 2020, to bring it house.
Decision:
RESOLVED: That the Committee noted the progress in establishing the Youth Employment Hub and new Adult Learning Hub.
