Purpose:
The report is to inform members of an update
to the Affordable Housing Brief which is Council guidance
supporting City Plan Policy CP20 used to help secure affordable
housing as part of development schemes. The main reason for the
update to reflect changes to national planing policy for affordable
housing.

RESOLVED: That Committee:
1. Approved the updated version of the Affordable Housing Brief attached at Appendix 1.
