Purpose:

A report providing an update on progress by the Planning service in addressing the matter of conservation areas and other designated heritage assets at risk.

RESOLVED:

 

1. That Committee noted the action being taken to address the reasons why each conservation area is deemed to be ‘at risk’ in each case.

 

2. That Committee noted that Historic England has been asked to remove the Queen’s Park conservation area from the heritage at risk register for 2022, following the successful measures outlined in this report.
