A report outlining the responses to the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO-45-2023) for improvements to the public highway at the Whitehawk Mini-Roundabout (junction of Whitehawk Road, Arundel Road, Bristol Gardens and Roedean Road). These works are being undertaken as part of the council's Pedestrian Crossing Programme

Decision:

1) That the Committee, having taken account of all duly made representations and comments, agrees that TRO-45-2023, as included at Appendix 1, is approved for implementation.
