Purpose:

To update members of proposals by the Royal Bank of Scotland to improve the environment of North Street in the vicinity and to seek member approval to progress the plans towards implementation.

Decision:

1)           That Committee approve the initial proposals.

 

2)           Committee agree that the council oversees proposals to implement environmental improvements in North Street at the earliest opportunity.
