1.       That the contents of the report be noted.

Reasons for the decision:

1.       Collection of income and management of debts is critical to the council’s finances with over £300 million income collected. These quarterly reports will ensure that the council’s lead member for finance is aware of the council’s current performance and arrangements for continually improving income collection and recovery.
