Purpose:
The Marine Parade bus lane project was
implemented under an Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (ETRO)
following an initial public consultation. A subsequent six-month
consultation period was undertaken as part of the ETRO to gather
further feedback. This report summarises the responses received
during the consultation periods and recommends that the ETRO be
made permanent.
Decision:
That the Cabinet Member for Transport and City Infrastructure approve making the Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (TRO-1-2025 & TRO-1a-2025) permanent.
