Decision - Future of Roundabout Nursery

This report provide an update on the future of Roundabout Nursery.

1)             Cabinet agrees to the transfer of Roundabout Nursery to Aurora Academies Trust.

2)             Cabinet agrees to delegate authority to the Corporate Director for Families, Children and Wellbeing to determine the date of the transfer referred to in paragraph 3.17 below and to negotiate and enter into a Transitional grant Agreement, lease and Business Transfer Agreement to Aurora together with all ancillary documentation necessary to give effect to the transaction on the terms as set out in this report.
