That having taken into account the duly made representations and objections the Committee is recommended to approve the Brighton & Hove (Various Roads) (Prohibition Of Stopping and Waiting On Verges And Footways) Order 2013 Amendment Order No.* 201* and the Brighton & Hove (Waiting &Loading/Unloading Restrictions and Parking Places) Consolidation Order2008 Amendment Order No.* 201* drafts of which are attached at Appendices C & D (“the Amendment Orders”).
