Purpose:
The report seeks approval to carry out
statutory consultation on the draft Listed Building Heritage
Partnership Agreement for the University of Sussex campus. The
agreement would cover all of the listed buildings on the site and
would grant consent for certain categories of work.
Decision:
RESOLVED – That the Committee approve the draft Listed Building Heritage Partnership Agreement (LBHPA) for land use at the University of Sussex, for the purposes of public consultation.
