Purpose:
A cross sector working programme has produced
as cross sector social value framework and guide for the city to
raise the profile and embed social value in city systems and
processes.
Decision:
RESOLVED – That Committee
(1) Sign up to the Framework and Pledge on behalf of the city council; and,
(2) That any exceptions to the agreed framework be approved by Officers following the recommendations of the Procurement Advisory Board.
