Progress update for the council's Corporate
Key Performance Indicators covering the period April - September
2019/20.
Decision:
RESOLVED: That the Committee
1. Noted the progress made in relation to Corporate KPIs, particularly the corrective measures outlined for ‘red’ and ‘amber’ indicators, and further note its role in providing support and challenge to lead officers to bring performance back on track.
2. Approved the inclusion of three further KPIs into the Corporate KPI set, as suggested by the KPI Cross Party Members Working Groupn and set out in Appendix 4.
