To continue with the delivery of the Brighton
Marina to River Adur scheme, the approval to award the detailed
design and construction contracts is required.

1) That the Environment Transport & Sustainability Committee:
Delegates authority to the Executive Director for Economy, Environment & Culture to procure and award a contract for the detailed design of the Brighton Marina to River Adur FCERM scheme.
