Purpose:
The report sets out the outcome of an
assessment of the need to review planning policies contained within
City Plan Part One (adopted in 2016).
Decision:
RESOLVED – that Committee:
1. Notes the conclusions of the City Plan Part One review assessment as set out in Appendix 1 to the report.
2. Agree that officers commence work on a full review of City Plan Part One in accordance with the timetable set out in the Local Development Scheme approved at the November 2020 meeting of Tourism, Equalities, Communities & Culture Committee (as set out in paragraph 3.12 of this report).
