This report sets out out the Council's proposed Economic Plan for Cabinet review and for Cabinet to recommend the Plan to Full Council for approval.

Decision:

1)             Cabinet agrees to recommend to Full Council that the Economic Plan (attached as Appendix 1) is adopted as part of the delivery of the Council Plan 2023-27.
