123.1    The deputy chair addressed the committee stating the following: Unfortunately, Councillor Thompson has had to step out this afternoon due to a family emergency and has asked me to step in in her place as deputy chair. On her behalf, Councillor Thompson has asked me to remind all members that we have training in relation to affordable housing on the 18th of September, so members are up to date on this key part of planning law, and can all members make sure they complete the relevant online training so we come into the session on an even keel.
