Declarations of substitutes and interests and exclusions
The Chair of the Board will formally ask if anyone attending is representing another member, and if anyone has a personal and/or financial interest in anything being discussed at the meeting. The Board will then consider whether any of the discussions to be held need to be in private.
Minutes:
23.1 Apologies were received from Cllr Tristram Burden, Peter Lane (University Hospitals Sussex), and Nigel Sherriff (University of Brighton). David Kemp attended as substitute for Hannah Youldon (Est Sussex Fire & Rescue Service).
23.2 There were no declarations of interest.
23.3 RESOLVED – that the press & public be not excluded from the meeting.
