Minutes:
49.1 The Chair addressed the meeting and stated that on 17 August 2026 the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) was altered; however, the changes were minimal and there were no fundamental changes to planning policy. In October the national scheme of delegation will change so that there will be call-in from Members and no number of objections trigger point for an application to come to committee.
