Agenda item - Consequential Changes to Procedural Rules in the Constitution

Extract from the proceedings of the Governance Committee meeting held on the 28^th September 2010, together with a report of the Acting Monitoring Officer (copies attached).

36.1         Councillor Oxley formally moved the report in view of the time.

36.2         The Mayor noted that the report had been moved and asked that the recommendation be agreed.

36.3         RESOLVED: That the amendments to the Contract Standing Orders, Financial Regulations and Officer Employment Procedural Rules as detailed in appendices 1, 2 and 3 to the report be approved.
