42.1         Councillors Steedman, Kitcat, Wakefield-Jarrett and Older declared a personal but non-prejudicial interest in Item No.57 (d) on the agenda, Notice of Motion regarding Private Rented Sector Rents. as they were tenants,

42.2         Councillors Phillips, Watkins, Simson, Harmer-Strange, Cobb, Rufus, Brown, Fallon-Khan, Peltzer Dunn, Janio and Wells declared a personal but non-prejudicial interest in Item No.57 (d) on the agenda, Notice of Motion regarding Private Rented Sector Rents. as they were landlords,

42.3         Councillor Rufus also declared a personal and prejudicial interest in Item No’s.49(a) and 57(c) as he had a child at the Bright Start Nursery and would therefore retire from the chamber and take no part in the debate or voting thereon.
