To approve as a correct record the minutes of (a) the Special Council Meeting held on the 21^st July 2011 and (b) the last Council meeting held on the 21^st July 2011 (copies attached).

18.1         The minutes of (a) the Special Meeting held on the 21^st July 2011 and (b) the last ordinary meeting held on the 21^st July 2011 were approved and signed by the Mayor as a correct record of the proceedings.
