To approve as a correct record the minutes of (a) the last Council meeting held on the 19^th July and (b) the Special Council meeting held on the 24^th July 2012 (copies attached).

26.1         The minutes of the last ordinary meeting held on the 19^th July 2012 were approved and signed by the Mayor as a correct record of the proceedings.

26.2         The minutes of the special meeting held on the 24^th July 2012 were approved and signed by the Mayor as a correct record of the proceedings.
