22.1    Councillor Cobb stated that the word “wheelchair” should be removed from the resolutions set out in Paragraphs 17.3 and 17.5 respectively of the minutes and also from Paragraph 3.1 of Item 27of that days agenda “ Consultation on the Accessibility Policy for Hackney Carriage and Private Hire, Drivers, Vehicles and Operators.

22.2    RESOLVED – That subject to the amendment set out above the minutes of the Licensing Committee (Non Licensing Act 2003 Functions) Meeting held on 22 November 2012 be agreed and signed as a correct record.
