124.1          RESOLVED:

(1)         That the Code of Conduct for Member/Officer Relations as amended and set out in appendix 1 to the report be agreed with effect from the close of business of the Annual Meeting on the 23^rd May 2013; and

(2)         That the Code of Conduct for Employees as amended and set out in appendix 2 to the report be agreed with effect from the close of business of the Annual Meeting on the 23^rd May 2013.
