Agenda item - Chair's Communications

3.1         The Chair welcomed the new representative from the Conservation Advisory Group (CAG) Mr Jim Gowans.

3.2         It was noted that in relation to applications D and E, BH2013/00256 and BH2013/00511, 1^st to 3^rd Floors, 7 Waterloo Street, Hove since the publication of the agenda appeals had been lodged with the Planning Inspectorate on the grounds of non-determination. In these circumstances the recommendations had been amended, and the Committee would be asked to take a view had they been in a position to determine the applications.
