- Meeting of Licensing Panel (Non Licensing Act 2003 Functions), Friday, 28th June, 2013 10.00am (Item 3.)
4.15 The Panel considered an appeal against a refusal to grant deemed consent for a Street Trading License for Zone B.
4.16 RESOLVED – The Panel has carefully considered the circumstances of this appeal, noted the Licensing Officer’s report, the information supplied by Sussex Police and the case of the appellant. The Panel has agreed to issue a Street Trader License subject to the Council’s standard street trader conditions. The Panel also wished to add conditions to the License restricting trade to 08:00 to 20:00; the consent would be for a mobile food outlet only, serving hot and cold food and hot and cold non alcoholic beverages. The Panel reminded the applicant that the consent is for 12 months and can be reviewed or revoked at anytime.
4.17 RESOLVED – To issue the Panel decision in Part I and maintain the discussion in Part II of the minutes.
