To approve as a correct record the minutes of:

(a) The last Ordinary Council meeting held on the 8^th May 2014 and

(b) The Annual Meeting held on the 15^th May 2014 (copies attached).

12.1    The minutes of (a) the last ordinary meeting held on the 8^th May 2014 were approved and signed by the Mayor as a correct record of the proceedings, and (b) the minutes of the annual meeting held on the 15^th May 2014 were approved as a correct record of the proceedings subject to the breakdown of committee sizes being checked and amended accordingly.
