To approve as a correct record the minutes of the last Council meeting held on the 23^rd October 2014 (copy attached).

42.1         The minutes of the last ordinary meeting held on the 23^rd October 2014 were approved and signed by the Mayor as a correct record of the proceedings; subject to the addition of a tick in the table at paragraph 39.23 against Councillor Mears’ name to indicate that she had voted in favour of the motion.  It was noted that the amendment made no change to the actual result shown.
