To receive petitions and e-petitions.
Petitions will be presented by Members and/or members of the public to the Mayor at the meeting.
Minutes:
44.1 The Mayor invited the submission of petitions from councillors and members of the public. He reminded the Council that petitions would be referred to the appropriate decision-making body without debate and the person presenting the petition would be invited to attend the meeting to which the petition was referred.
44.2 Ms. Tracy Hill presented a petition signed by 410 residents requesting that Hollingdean Sure Start Centre should be opened at weekends as a community hub.
44.3 Councillor Lepper presented a petition signed by 99 residents concerning the need for a bus shelter in Stanford Avenue.
44.4 Councillor Farrow presented an e-petition signed by 46 residents, requesting yellow lines in Goodwood Way.
