Minutes:
30.1 The Panel considered a report that provided an update on the EDB programme provided by the Mears EDB Project Team.
30.2 Charles Penrose stated that problems had arisen with contractors being awarded work and then passing that work onto a sub-contractor.
30.3 The Mears Project Manager stated that Mears operated stringent Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire process in which it was made clear that should not happen. The Mears Project Manager provided assurance that his team were trying to eliminate such practice.
30.4 RESOLVED- That the report be noted.
