To consider (a) the minutes of the last meeting held on 21 April 2015 and (b) matters arising from the minutes.

The minutes were approved.

Matters arising – in relation to the presentation on the Local Transport Plan (LTP) at the last meeting. Penny Morley, John Eyles and Colin Vincent are to attend two meetings re: campaign to encourage the council and local railways to provide a concessionary fare from local stations such as Portslade; which would meet the Age Friendly City (AFC) criteria.

The OPC had not been able to attend the TDC meeting for the Eastern side, but understood that the meetings were now held in Hove Town Hall.

In response to a public suggestion, it was noted that the new OPC members could consider a process for ensuring that members of the public were able to see and comment on the public and private OPC minutes in a timely manner.
