Agenda item - PART TWO

31a.1  Members discussed whether the Part Two item should be discussed partly in public.  The Senior Lawyer stated that this was a matter for members to decide, however it would be very unfortunate if some of the tenants concerned were identified at this stage.  The Chair agreed that she was very concerned about the sensitivity of the report.  After a lengthy discussion Members voted to exclude members of the press and public and consider the report in Part Two of the agenda.  8 members were in favour of the proposal and 2 against.
