29.1 Councillor Marsh declared a personal and non-prejudicial interest in Item No.40(c) Notice of Motion Keeping NHS Services Public, as she was a non-executive director of the South Downs NHS Trust.
29.2 Councillor Mitchell declared a personal interest in Item No.40(c) as she was an employee of the Brighton & Sussex Health Care Trust.
29.3 Councillor Caulfield declared a personal interest in Item No.40(c) as she worked for the National Health Service.
