(a)  Call over (items 38 - 39) will be read out at the meeting and Members invited to reserve the items for consideration.

(b)  To receive or approve the reports and agree with their recommendations, with the exception of those which have been reserved for discussion.

(c)  Oral questions from Councillors on the Cabinet, Cabinet Member and Committee reports, which have not been reserved for discussion.

37.1       The following items on the agenda were reserved for discussion:

Item 39 – Procedures for the Appointment of Assistant Directors.

(b)      Receipt and/or Approval of Reports

37.2       The Chief Executive confirmed that Item No.39 had been reserved for discussion and that the Annual Report of the Standards Committee, Item 38 on the agenda with the recommendations therein be approved and adopted.

(c)      Oral Questions from Members

37.3       The Mayor noted that there were no oral questions from councillors in relation to matters that had not been called.
