(a)      A Permanent Memorial for Ken Fines.  Proposed by Councillor Amy Kennedy.

42.1       The Mayor noted that the Notice of Motion as detailed in the agenda had been referred to the Environment Cabinet Member meeting on the 6 November 2008, and the decision taken was being reported back to the council for information.
