To approve as a correct record the minutes of the last Council meeting held on the 21^st July 2016 (copy attached).

26.1      The minutes of the last ordinary meeting held on the 21^st July 2016 were approved and signed by the Mayor as a correct record of the proceedings, subject to the following amendments:

(i)     Page 19, paragraph 20.4 the word ‘approved’ in line five to be replaced by ‘refused’ and

(ii)    Page 13 the voting table to show Councillor Peltzer Dunn as having voted against rather than for, although the actual total number of votes shown was correct.
