To approve as a correct record the minutes of:

(a)       The last Council meeting held on the 26^th January 2017 (copy attached); and

(b)       The Budget Council meeting held on the 23^rd February 2017 (copy attached).

84.1      The minutes of the last ordinary meeting held on the 26^th January 2017 were approved and signed by the Mayor as a correct record of the proceedings; and

84.2      The minutes of the budget council meeting held on the 23^rd February 2017, were approved and signed by the Mayor as a correct record of the proceedings; subject to the budget figure in paragraph 78.5 on page 42 being amended to 4.99% rather than 4%.
