319.1 A member of the public mentioned that the public toilets in the Open Market can now only be used if something is purchased from a trader. The public toilets on The Level are also an issue with only 1 out of 3 being in use on the day of the Active for Life event.
ACTION: Colin Vincent to speak with Cllr Allen about this.
