To receive communications from the Mayor.

12.1 The Deputy Mayor stated that she did not have any formal communications but would like to outline the procedure for today’s meeting. We have two awards to consider, the first for Sir Peter Field and the second for all those who helped during the Pandemic. As such, I intend to take a short break after the decision to award the Freedom of City to Sir Peter has been determined before then reconvening to consider the second award at around 3.30pm.
